		<description>There is no way it can automatically charge you.  If you log on to a &quot;pay for wifi&quot; site and give them your credit card number... then you will be charged.

Whenever I find a store that has &quot;pay for wifi&quot; I find another merchant to purchase my goods from.  Example:  instead of Starbucks I use Caribou, my local bookstore began charging... i now make purchases at another bookstore.
