		<description>The other guy is right in saying that the 2nd gen is thicker but I&#039;m pretty sure your question said that you bought a case for the iTouch 1st gen and that it wouldn&#039;t fit onto you iTouch first gen. So, the fact that the 2nd gen is bigger, doesn&#039;t make a difference at all. I would just return it. I have looked several places for a case for my first gen and just so that you know, Wal-Mart doesn&#039;t carry anything for the first gen. I have only seen them at best buy. Good Luck! By the way, take it out of the packaging and try it on your iTouch  before you leave the store so you don&#039;t have to play Risk about it.</description>
