Does the iTouch have an app to listen to local radio stations?

I’m either getting an iTouch or a Zune and this is kinda the deal breaker. I was originally going for a Zune but then I was told that you can download an app for the iTouch allowing you to listen to the radio for a one time payment of $20. Is this true? Thanks for any help and opinions!

theres a pandora application which is pretty sweet and its free, now anyway. it allows you to listen to radio…try that. Thats for itough tho i dont know about zune
